The MARRs Building is a collective of restaurants and retail on 20th St between K & J St. There is a massive outdoor dining area, and Low Brau and Azul are frequent faves. Kin Thai is a newcomer that is quickly gaining a following. Don’t miss the farmer’s market here every Saturday from 8am-1pm!

Just down the street at 22nd and K St, this place is a little pricier than the average Starbucks, but can’t be beat for high-quality coffee, tea, and pastries. Also open nights if you need a late-night pick-me-up or a warming cup of cocoa.
