Historic Cocoa village is just a stones throw from the condo, just over the Merritt Island Bridge you will make your first left onto Rockledge Avenue and enter the town. Plenty of parking and local restaurants and shops. Be advised that most things aside from restaurants close fairly early in the village by four or 5 o’clock so this is definitely a day time activity!!!

Historic Cocoa village is just a stones throw from the condo, just over the Merritt Island Bridge you will make your first left onto Rockledge Avenue and enter the town. Plenty of parking and local restaurants and shops. Be advised that most things aside from restaurants close fairly early in the village by four or 5 o’clock so this is definitely a day time activity!!!
World famous Ron Jon surf shop located just about 5 miles from the condo straight down the 520. When you get to the A1 A it is directly in front of you. It can’t be missed huge yellow building with parking across the street plenty to see and do inside!!!

Great beach at the tip of Port Kenilworth showers, a big concession stand, plenty of parking. Water is calm on the side for small children and you get to have a great view of the space center and cruise ships! Parking is $10 for the whole day
