You must have a reservation as there are only 7 tables and each meal is carefully prepared by Chef Rebecca. Dinner can take 2-3 hours so make sure to get a drink and app and have time to relax!

A beautiful fish hatchery/park that kids love. There is a "below deck" viewing area to see the trout underwater and different holding tanks to see the fish at different stages of life. In the summer the hatchery has beautiful gardens, the largest is all the way at the back next to the original homestead where you can tour the house, fish transporting train car and boat.

In the summer the hatchery has beautiful gardens, the largest is all the way at the back next to the original homestead where you can tour the house, fish transporting train car and boat.
Best viewed in the summer months, GORGEOUS gardens and lots of snakes, alligators and bugs ;) During busy season there are gator, snake and bird shows.
