While the venue is really beautiful, staff sometimes lack the level of attention that goes with their prices. However, the spa has a good reputation.

The Snap Cafe has a couple of cute shops in the courtyard. I would highly recommend Amai, which sells beautiful tableware, and Saigon River which sells some lovely home decor products. There are a number of other shops that are worth checking out too.
You can also stop for a drink, coffee, lunch, dinner at the Snap Cafe.
