Seafood, Pizza, Mexican Food all within a mile
If you like sea food, you got two options at Seafood Atlantic here:
Eat at the patio and watch the pelicans and ships etc. around the channel, or pick something up to take home and cook (mom and I like to boil the clams ourselves). Sometimes the guys in the shop area will offer to cook your fish for you so you can take home and eat (and save a little $).

You can also have some gourmet ice cream and stay cool in the back patio garden.
Well worth a little drive down A1A.

Such great Pizza! I usually take out, but if I dine in I’ll enjoy some really good chicken wings or a pasta dish too. Becky loves the salads and calzones!

Great view of the riverside while you dine (I like fish tacos or burgers here) and drink (Bloody Mary’s are a favorite). A river boat tour launches nearby if you want to make a whole day of it!

A fun way to take a walk is to have a destination.
Sun screen applied and water/beverage in-hand: it's time to take a walk along the beach! Once you reach the pier, you can stop for snacks, drinks, or a meal and enjoy the view from the bars, restaurant, or pier. We like having fries and a beverage at the tiki bar out at the end of the pier where you can see all the boating (*& watch for dolphins!*)

Worth a 20 minute ride to see a large National Wildlife Refuge with native birds you can view from walkways by the visitor center. There are other hiking trails around to go off on your own, but be aware if doing so. We saw a wild cat one day.
