There is a beautiful waterfallthat is a sight to behold and several caves to explore.
Some parts of the forest have a hilly terrain and provide a good workout to break a sweat on.
There is a lovely restaurant next to it.. The River Cafe that makes for a nice pit stopeither before or after your workout in the forest.
