See Maggie Hambling's famous shell sculpture and enjoy all the shops and restaurants - particularly the fish and chips. There are two f&c shops, one in the centre of the town and the other at the South end of the high street. Both are excellent but the queues at the South end are usually shorter. If you are feeling energetic you could walk up the coast to Thorpeness for a spot of boating and an ice-cream.
