How to move around
Popular is minibus, its the cheapest way how to move in the city. If you like comfortable traveling u can order uber, usually there is driver waiting at every corner so u don't have to wait. Or you can just stop taxi outside, but before you enter ask about price to avoid possible conjecture.

Don't forget that u are at Muslim country. Dress up appropriately, if you know you are going to the beach no problem to wear shorts and top. But if you will go to the city, wear something longer and you can cover your shoulders. These are not orders, only recommendations. It's about your safety.

Egypt is famous for shopping. There is a lot of supermarkets around our area, but if you want to save some money, You definitely have to go to Gomla Market near Marina. They have very good prices, lot of offers and sales. For clothes I can recommend Sheraton Street or Sherry Street which is next to Sheraton. But if you don't like negotiating about price, you can visit shopping mall. We have 2 there, Senzo mall and Hurghada city center. If you prefer buying veggies and fruits from locals, you can also visit souq at Dahar, or any local veggie man. Cheaper than any supermarket and better quality.
