Just 4,4 km ( 9 min by car) away from Bandavises you have a wonderful public swimming pool at the Parque de Campismo on top of the mountain. Prices are affordable ( 2,75 €). Go early because sometimes is overbooked. On this area there are also spots to have a picnic.

n.º 10 Praça RepúblicaA receita dos vouguinhas está na família de Cristina Pinto, de São Pedro do Sul, desde o tempo da sua avó. Nessa altura, o doce nem tinha nome. Possivelmente, a avó de Cristina conheceu a receita num tal Hotel Lisboa, que ali havia na localidade e onde trabalhava nos Invernos. Depois, no estabelecimento próprio que tinha, começou também a fazer os docinhos. Acontece que, de pequeno negócio de família, os vouguinhas foram adoptados pela população, foram baptizados a pensar no rio Vouga que passa na cidade e tornaram-se tradicionais do concelho. São especiais por isso e porque são muito bem feitos.

€ This is a local coffee to buy daily bread. Here you can seat and enjoy an expresso coffee 0,70 cents or some quick portuguese sandwiches- “ prego no pão” , “sandes de leitão”, “tosta mista”
My favorite is tosta mista, Sandwich made of 2 toasts of bread with ham and cheese.
You can also contact the owner to book a Jeep photographic tour on the mountains 🏔️
