Dim with an underwater theme, black lights and a shell as a bar awning. I do love it, it's where locals start & end a night out. Doesn't hurt drinks are reasonably priced here.

It's the most west you can get on Santa Cruz. See stairs that drop down to very small beach. Early in the morn is the best, when there r very few people around. Head south to find other set of stairs.
