I almost don't want to tell you about this; the best place to get traditional dim-sum in Philadelphia. A little bit of a wait on weekends and they recently got a liquor license, so no longer a BYO. Highly recommended, order the steamed soup dumplings, scallion pancake, veggie dumplings, and pork with sauce noodle (yes you read that right). Tons of seating and reservations available.
