I recommend this supermarket over Sainsburys as the area is nicer, in my opinion, and it is better stocked.
Turn left out the front door, and right at the end of the street. Within a minute or two you will see a parade of shops on the opposite side of the street. Stay on the side you are on and you will come to Budgens in less than five mins.
Recommending this place because Sainsburys is popular, and they do nice fresh cookies!

Easiest way to reach a tube station is the bus stop on Mitcham Lane which runs frequent buses - 333
Tooting Broadway Tube.
Come out of the house, turn left, left again on Moyser Road at the end of our street. Moyser Road will hit Mitcham Lane and you will see a zebra crossing in front of you (slight left). Cross the crossing and turn right - bus stop is one min from the crossing.
