Sightseeing

Warsash has very strong links with the Normandy landings.
Warsash is a little known village on the mouth of the River Hamble. It has a thriving sailing/boating community, beautiful walks, exceptional bird life, unspoiled shingle beaches, friendly people, a very well stocked co-op, a great fish and chip takeaway as well as an Indian and Chinese. Oh... not to forget the 3 pubs, all in staggering distance! Perfect for dog lovers. My flattie swims every day in the sea. If you are lucky, you might even experience a Warsash sunset or watch a cruise liner pass by as you stand on the decking by the harbour Just try to choose a sunny few days!
