Uber and Car
If you are visiting Uptown, NODA, or SouthEnd, it's best to take an Uber. Parking can be limited and expensive. If you are going to anywhere outside of the city such as the Whitewater Center or Carowind's you should plan to drive. The light rail extension is coming right next to the neighborhood which is the reason for all of the road construction, however, it is available yet :-)
