These are the breakfast & lunch locations that I LOVE and highly recommend -- the best part is they are in walking distance from the Condo!

The lobster rolls are delicious! Mystic is within walking distance of the condo - you can literally see if from the front of our building down the street near Heartland Golf. Everything is fresh. The establishment is very clean. Mystic moved into the location in 2020. Great new spot to pick up some lunch to go to the beach or have an early dinner. Burger25 is a family owned and operated casual fast-food restaurant that opened in 2023. This is the family’s second location (other spot is in Toms River). Their burgers, shakes and fries are delicious. They have been voted best burger and highly rated. Their shakes are made to order - hard ice cream and handspun. The service is excellent. They have a dog menu (dogs are only allowed on the outside pickup area). Once you order at the counter, you’re given a number and then your food is delivered to you. Check out their social media to see what all the hype is about. Definitely does not disappoint! Located approx 0.4 miles from the condo on LB Blvd, opposite side of the street. You can walk, bike or drive - plenty of parking. I walk to burn off the calories!

Burger25 is a family owned and operated casual fast-food restaurant that opened in 2023. This is the family’s second location (other spot is in Toms River). Their burgers, shakes and fries are delicious. They have been voted best burger and highly rated. Their shakes are made to order - hard ice cream and handspun. The service is excellent. They have a dog menu (dogs are only allowed on the outside pickup area). Once you order at the counter, you’re given a number and then your food is delivered to you. Check out their social media to see what all the hype is about. Definitely does not disappoint! Located approx 0.4 miles from the condo on LB Blvd, opposite side of the street. You can walk, bike or drive - plenty of parking. I walk to burn off the calories!

Here are some of my favorite Cafes and Restaurants on and off the island that are great for sit down meals and takeout. You won't be disappointed!
The Goodness Café by Sweet Melissa is closed but she provides her baked goods to various local establishments (Pearl Street Market, The Mermaid Room Cafe, Reynolds, Neptune Market, and others). She is also at the Surf City Farmer's Market on Mondays from 8am until noon. She is the OG of the LBI INCREDIBLE pop tarts made from scratch as well as other treats including cookies, cinnamon rolls, brownies, gluten free items, and dog biscuits. When you find her baked goods, be prepared to buy extras because there are usually several flavors of pop tarts to choose from - Nutella, Strawberry, Blueberry, etc. You'll wish you stocked up if you only bought one!

So much fun!! Go with a group and fun for all ages. Waiters and waitresses sing while they serve ice cream. They incorporate you into the show. Ssssshhhh....don't tell your guests the concept before you go -- make it a surprise so if they're incorporated into the act, it's even funnier. Kids will have a great time. You will have to wait on line for the "show" but it's worth it and the ice cream is great.

They carry Sweet Melissa Goodness pop tarts & cookies and their coffees, lattes, and specialty drinks (hot and cold) are delicious. You’ll make this your daily coffee spot after you try it for the first time. This is not too far of a walk from the condo if you want a little exercise.
Dinner is excellent and service is impeccable. The decor is lovely. The filet mignon melts in your mouth. Brussel sprouts are delicious as is the Chilean sea bass with Meyer lemon buerre blanc and haricot vert. Complementary valet parking. Best to go before sunset so you can watch the breathtaking views from the rooftop bar of the sun setting on the bay.

Fun mini golf course and arcade right across the street from the condo!! Visitors of all ages will enjoy Hartland Golf! When it's raining out, the arcade is a great place to play pinball, video games, and shoot hoops.

While you're at Fantasy Island and Bay Village, if you're in the mood to play mini golf, this is a great course. Two different courses - one with a waterfall and one with a cave. It gets busy during the summer so you need to have patience. It's also a little more expensive than Hartland.

Arrive by water or land. The Marina offers boat rentals, marina slips, and fuel. Then gather at The Boatyard for casual food and drinks, meet up with your family and friends. Play games, and enjoy a day on the bay!

Do you hate carrying your beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, tent, towels to the beach and then have to set it all up before you can even relax? Or do you hate to have to take it all down each day after you’ve had a full day of sun & surf only to drag it back to the condo? We’ll you don’t have to anymore if you call The Beach Crew! They transport, set up and/or take down whatever you want at the beach.
They also can provide food delivery services directly to your beach chair. If you really want to start your vacation in full relaxation mode, you can contact the beach crew before you arrive in LBI and they’ll bring all of your suitcases/bags/etc. into the condo. They can do the same on your check-out date - you just pack your things and they’ll carry everything down and put in your vehicle.
