There is no secret, they love what they do so it is good & tasty + you get a great welcome and a perfect service
Sanki is proposing a delicious, super fresh, Japanese cuisine.
First positive sign is to have Japanese customers in the restaurant.
Second positive sign being the staff being Japanses, and not Chinese as in many other so-called Japanese restaurants.
Finally, the quality of the food is just awesome.
Place is very small, so highly recommended to book in advance - but they also propose take-away.
Sushi, sashimi, maki... are just great. They also propose tempura.

Great location, excellent food and such a professional and charming team - highly recommended for just a drink, or a 5-course menu in the evening! Been here 4 times this week and regret to leave already tomorrow Paris, this beautiful place. Steve's cocktail ... the best I've ever tasted ! Original place in Boulogne-Billancourt that you have to discover. This hidden gem just opened a few days ago and the service and the quality of the food is outstanding. They have a wonderful Kids area and during the weekend they organize special events for the children. If you are in Boulogne just a few steps from Paris the visit is well worth it!
