We have been here on the Outer Banks for nearly a decade and have been able to enjoy most of the local fare from Corolla to Manteo to Ocracoke. Everything from local sandwich shops and bakeries to fine dining. Here are a few of our favorites:

Delicious finer dining fare! The menu is has a variety of local favorites and the wine selection is vast. The restaurant is located across the street from the oceanfront. Our favorite spot to eat is on the second floor in front of the window with a view of the ocean. Very romantic!

Yum! The Tuna appetizer pictured is delicious! We also love the Sesame Noodle Bowls.....with seared Tuna. It is also a wonderful evening to sit out on the upper deck and listen to music and look out over the ocean. Great spot!

We walk to this spot from the beach. There is a deck on the beach where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Music is on certain evenings. Great spot to enjoy the evening on the beach.

This is a wonderful day trip! You can only get there by ferry....Make sure to bring your bikes or call to rent a golf cart to scoot around town. Great restaurants and shops. Definitely a must do while you are on your vacation!

This is a fun little town but stay away on Saturdays due to check in traffic. Start at Aqua and walk the boardwalk all the way to The Blue Point Restaurant. Make an afternoon/evening out of it by stopping at every restaurant along the way and get an appetizer and/or drink. There are shops to check out along the way. Also, Duck has many other restaurants and quaint shopping spots, other than the boardwalk.
