Favorite Maui Restaurants and Food Spots
Here's a list of some of our favorite spots when we visit the island. We hope that you try some of these spots and let us know what you think. Enjoy!
Kihei Caffe is a great breakfast or lunch spot that's very popular in the Kihei area. If you do make a visit, make sure you get there early as it can get pretty crowded at times. If you're there, try the Fried Rice Kalua Pork Loco Moco or the Crab Cake Benedict. Those are two of our family's favorites.

If you're out and about in Maui and you love shrimp like we do, you HAVE to stop by and get a plate lunch at Geste Shrimp Truck. It's in a really obscure location right off the side of Kahului Beach Road but it's definitely worth a trip. Hands down, the best plate lunch in Maui if you're a shrimp fan.

It's in a really obscure location right off the side of Kahului Beach Road but it's definitely worth a trip. Hands down, the best plate lunch in Maui if you're a shrimp fan.
Mama’s Fish House is one of our favorite places to eat in Maui. It is a little pricier than most restaurants but it doesn’t get much better for a fine dining experience. The Mama’s Stuffed Fish is a must try! Make sure you make reservations ahead of time as it gets booked very quickly. Also, make sure you give yourself enough time to get to the restaurant as it's somewhat of a drive from the Kihei area.

Star Noodle
1285 Front StreetThis restaurant is a great little Asian fusion spot. If you’re in the mood for Ramen, Steamed Porked Buns or Garlic Noodles, this is the place to go. While this isn't actually a restaurant, they have some great Poki and Musubi which is great for a snack on the beach or just to have around the condo when you're craving something to eat. The have several different types of Poki to choose from and we always make a point to stock up when we visit

A visit to Maui would not be complete without a trip to Ululani's for some shave ice. There's nothing more refreshing after a day on the beach than some shave ice with a snow cap! They have several locations throughout the island.
