The food is traditional and innovative at once, featuring the best of Mediterranean cuisine with dishes like Palamós fishermen's soup with rouille; duck magret with fig sauce, Idiazabal and aniseed bread; grilled baby calamari with sautéed vegetables and tartar sauce; and grilled beef entrecôte with potatoes and Padrón peppers.
