strangely....we don't have a lot of GOOD coffee shops in the west end. but this is one of them. and it's just at the end of the block.

best ramen place in town...i think. super tiny (and beautiful interior), super friendly....super delicious. each time i go somewhere else for ramen, i end up wishing i was here.

there are several Guu's around the neighbourhood (west end, downtown, gastown), this is the newest one....but there's also one at 1698 robson street. MUST go here at least once....japanese izakaya.
