Great location, especially summertime. Weekends they usually have a cover charge and some gig playing, but I like mostly to hang out there. Sundays they have a free band from 5 pm.

This used to be a cheap lunch spot, but somehow they found out how great they are! Still, they have such a charming place, good food and Norway's biggest selection of Aqua vitae. (don't try it)

The ferries from Aker Brygge take you here by an ordinary public transport ticket. This island has a lot of history, is a protected natural habitat and a great spot for hiking, swimming and BBQs.
