Do you like Mexican cuisine? Do not go anywhere else in the local area. Tacos Tu Madre has everything you need...except the Breakfast Burrito. For some reason they put little effort into that category, almost like breakfast is an afterthought for them, which is far. It is hard to do everything well. Lunch and Dinner is a 10/10 however.

If you need a quick bite before you head out to see the city, order this on Uber Eats, they have great and healthy options and delivery is quick as can be. My favorite for a quick re-fuel during the afternoon. Also has budget friendly prices, especially for Los Angeles!

Flavorful and delicious breakfast/brunch spot. Great menu options. You will feel like you're on the Food Network channel when you're perusing their menu and flavor combinations.

Tocaya is the definition of the LA food scene for healthy unique takes on classic dishes. One of the only places serving wild caught fish as well if that is important to you. Few things are more flavorful then Tocaya. Also well done through UberEats is you want or need to save time.

Best drinks in the neighborhood hands down. Get an Old Fashioned and sit back and enjoy. ( I would skip the martini here though unfortunately, they are great at almost everything else)

If you are looking for a younger crowd, Cabo Cantina is the go to fun spot within a three minute walk. No doubt about it that you will have a good time. Lot's of good tequila options here.
