In my personal opinion one of the best restaurants in the city, the tostadas de atun (tuna) and the pescado a la talla, are two of the iconic dishes in the city, this is the eldest brother of Cala https://www.calarestaurant.com the San Francisco Restaurant owned by the same chef. You will need to book in advance or arrive early in the evening.

This restaurant brought back the bakeries to CDMX the bread is fantastic, the coffee is very good, and the sandwiches are fantastic, I love the amaranth cookies and the almond rolls.
