Blackie Spit offers a great walking path along the dikes that has a nice little loop that take 20 to 45min depending on how fast you are going. The full beach and dike loop is about 3km and a perfect jog run route.

Just like 101 Steps, it's not really 1001 steps. Great path down to the train tracks, along the tracks, and then under the tracks onto the beach.
