Epice is a bistro serving authentic Lebanese food. The atmosphere is very sleek and modern. I suggest trying the Muhamara (red pepper soup); it's like tomato soup with a little bit of spice! I would recommend making a reservation here.

They also offer the chase to record your own CD! You can choose from a selection of classic songs or bring your own composition and let their sound engineer record your rendition. You'll go home with a Ryman Records CD labeled with your name and song, a very unique souvenir to remember your trip by.
