Mountaindale is also a cute little village to check out. Highly recommend going here to have some cocktails and eats by the creek. They have fire pits and all types of seating options. Great for couples, families, kids and dogs, all! Live music on Saturday nights - check our their website.

These sites types of sites have become quite popular and they now only allow you to visit if you have made a reservation. We would hate for you to miss out on these if that is your goal for the trip because they are spectacular and individually unique experiences. This includes but is not limited to: Sam's Point, Minnewaska State Park Preserve(includes Awosting Falls), Verkeerder Falls, the Peekamoose Blue Hole, etc...
