Food in Paros is delicious. If you like seafood, try “Gouna”, sun-dried mackerel, snails, fresh octopus and beetroot salad. In Prodromos, the tradition of Saturday chickpea soup is kept alive. To give a much-needed break to housewives, a traditional wood oven is lit on Saturday night so villagers can place their clay pots in it overnight and have chickpeas ready to eat for Sunday after church.

Molos Beach
A lovely non-organized 1.2 km sandy beach, perfect for beach lovers in search of an out-of-the-way beach. A natural bay that provides nice views of Naxos. The water is beautiful and clear. It is a quiet beach, visited by locals and few tourists.
Perfect for kids and for beginners in all water-based sports. Take a walk along the beach in front of the house and explore two nearby beaches that are easy to reach; to the right under the hill of Cephalos you will find Kalogeros, while to the left, behind the hill of Anticephalos, you will find the beach at Tsoukalia.
