Dinosauria is the first dinosaur museum in Europe. A super day out for the whole family. Lots of dinosaur trivia, activities and history - many fossils, including Eva, an Ampelosaurus specimen, the most complete dinosaur skeleton ever found in France, were found close to the museum in Esperaza.
There's a lovely creperie next door for bite to eat before or after.

The Sunday market at Esperaza is well worth a visit. Arrive early - 9:30/10am to grab a table outside Cafe du Pont on the bridge for coffee, croissants and people watching before you head off to browse the stalls.
You'll often catch some live music from local troubadours, fresh fruit, vegetables, arts & crafts and wine from local vineyards.
Book ahead at Le Carnotzet or A Table, two good restaurants in neighbouring Couiza for lunch, they tend to be busy on Sundays.
