Downtown Whitefish is only 20 minutes from me and the mountain is just an extra 10 minutes! It is a magical place and always looks so Christmassy with all the snow capped trees and pretty lights! Great restaurants and skiing too!

Lakeside, Montana is only 20 minutes from my place! It has an amazing 'beach' vibe which is soooo unique being a mountain lake! But it is a huge lake that sometimes looks like an ocean to me! It's the largest freshwater (not manmade) lake west of the Mississippi River!

Flathead Lake

Beautiful and quaint downtown along the river and the lake. A must see! Great shops and restaurants and wonderful little hikes. Bigfork reminds me of Colorado more than any of our towns.

Huge facility that houses Rodeos and horse shows
There is always something fun happening at the Majestic!! My favorite are the Rodeos. This year was the first year they hosted the Renissance Fair!
