"Seaward Bliss" Guide Book

• To turn TV on, find the POWER button on the right side of the television. Turn it on by pressing. • Once TV is on, using the Apple TV remote (small black remote), use your finger to swipe across the top (like a mouse pad). Once an item is selected, press down on the same area with the thumb to select. • You are welcome to log into your own accounts using the other Apps that are on the Apple TV (Spotify, Netflix, Hulu, etc) though remember to log out when you check out. NEVER factory reset or you will wipe everything out, impacting future guests.

• Coffee is in Freezer • Tea is in Pantry • Spices is in Pantry • Leftover items available for use. • Glasses and cups in far right cupboard. • Dishes and bowls in cupboard above Oven. • Silverware in the drawer to the left of the Sink. Knives to the far back. • Placemats & Napkins in 2nd drawer to right of the Stove. • Dishwasher soap under the Sink. • Additional Hand Soap under Sink.

All are located in the physical Guestbook on the Coffee Table and another copy is in the top drawer to the right of the Stove.

• The total number of towel sets is set by the number of guests staying (bathing only, BRING YOUR OWN SPA TOWELs). • Please Note that the Upper Linen closet is for Owner Use ONLY, but Sofa-sleeper Sheets and Bedding are available for use in the Lower Linen closet (directly across from Laundry closet) in hallway that leads to downstairs bathroom. If more than 4 guests (using the bedrooms) will be staying, please make use of the Sofa Sleeper sheets and duvet located in the Lower Linen closet.

• Due to the EXTREME WILD FIRES this year, impacted air quality and safety for all, we kindly request that you not use the Fire place. For heat, please use the Central Heating, refer to Upstairs Floor Heaters - 9 and Furnace / Central Heating - 10 and for more details. Thank you and gratitude.

CENTRAL HEATING (DOWNSTAIRS FURNACE & THERMOSTAT) • Nest Thermostat is easy to use. Set at desired temperature. Because this is a home smart device it will auto-regulate so as to conserve energy. Recommendation is to set no highe   UPSTAIRS FLOOR HEATERS • Nothing should be directly leaning up against the heater. There should be clearance of 3 feet from heater. • Turn on by turning dial to the right until you hear a ‘Click’. • Line up with marker at 70 degrees (indicated). This is the ‘Comfort Zone’. • Please remember to turn off all Floor Heaters when not in use. Thank you.

Located in the Top Drawer to the right of the Stove is a plastic box with the ONLY Guest Parking Lot Car Tag available for use. If multiple cars are staying at Seaward Bliss, you will need to pile into the same car to make use of this Tag. Our Cleaning Crew will make a complete Inventory of all items at Seaward Bliss post Check-Out, including that this Tag is back in the plastic box in the Top Drawer, to the right of the Stove, so if it is not found there, then Guests will be asked to either mail it back OR will be charged a $25 replacement fee.

UNLOCK DOOR • To Unlock the door, gently place 3 fingers rested on keypad until it lights up. • Type in code followed by checkmark  LOCK DOOR • To Lock the door, gently place 3 fingers rested on keypad until it lights up. It will lock by itself. • Lock is also automatically set to lock on it’s own after a set period of time (5 minutes). DOOR LEFT AJAR • If door is left open (ajar), the system will notify us within 10 minutes and we will follow up to confirm that this was intentional. It will also make a beep, reminding you to close it.

(Or you will be charged a $25 replacement fee). 7) Ensure you are not accidentally making off with anything from the Property as a complete Inventory will be taken and reported to Owners and you will be charged. • Kindly REMOVE ALL your garbage from house when you leave. We cannot handle extra garbage. • Black Large Bin is for garbage / Smaller Green Bin is for Recycling. These need to be SECURED W BUNGEE cords (or raccoons will scatter everywhere). Blue bin is for glass and plastics ONLY. • Garbage pickup is every Monday morning, so garbage needs to be placed in the bins by this time (depending on the dates of your stay). • Any Garbage that you cannot fit into the bins YOU NEED TO TAKE WITH YOU, as raccoons will get into anything surplus that cannot fit into bins. This will make a huge mess.

Please shower before using Hot Tub. When done using Hot Tub, return to default temp of 104 degrees and turn off jets. Please put cover back on. Thank you.

You will have been sent a lock code automatically for the duration of your stay. To unlock: rest fingers on lock until it lights up, enter your code followed by the checkmark. Door will unlock. To lock, rest fingers on lock until you hear it lock. PLEASE NOTE: make sure to memorize your code or bring it with you as lock is set to auto lock after a set period of time (this is just in case guests leave the house without locking).

Please make sure to close the door(s) on the Refrigerator. The Door Setting should be left on to beep when it is left open so as to bring your attention to this, as the door will stay open if not intentionally closed. Thank you.
