Alternative travel is available & Road conditions
Own transport is advised, as not to limit your movement and save on alternatives. However, there are metered taxis and local tour guides available should guests not have their own transport and are all easily accessible from our location.
Guests should note the road leading to our home is a dirt road but is suitable for smaller (non-4x4) vehicles.

Bring warm clothes, hiking shoes and passports
Make sure to pack warm things even during summer, cold fronts can come through :) and Should guests want to go into Lesotho, the temperatures can be very different up there.
Also make sure to have comfortable walking shoes as there are so many amazing hiking trails.
Make sure to have your passport, just in case you would like to cross the border into Lesotho for a day trip up the gorgeous Sani Pass.
