My personal favorite. The UFO Baja style and extra sour cream and a cold drink. I eat here every time I am out that way. Outside seating, walk here from the beach and no shirt or shoes required. Has a bathroom.

Historical Sightseeing

The lighthouse is a must see. You can climb to the top or just walk around the grounds. From the top, you can see all of St. Augustine! I like to find things that I have visited to get my barrings. The Museum is low key and very informative. There is a little place to get Lemonade and adult beverages.

Fort Mose in St. Augustine is the site of the first legally sanctioned free African American settlement. While the fort itself no longer stands, the site it stood on still feels full of the groundbreaking history that was made there. https://www.visitstaugustine.com/thing-to-do/fort-mose

I use to go here with my grandmother every summer as a kid. Very unusual place to visit. See alligators and other reptiles and birds in a zoo setting. Locals like to visit with their kids as well as visitors.
