Location) We love this plant-based diner (especially for breakfast!) and there is a great plant-based donut shop right across the street.
The restaurant is small and wait times for dinner are long (but very well worth it) so we typically snack a little before and expect to wait about an hour or so. They have a second location down the street that is equally delicious but we enjoy the experience of the original building.

We love to go for the Winter Market. Vendors are there 10a-2p. During the peak season the Farmers Market is located at Pioneer Park. Gateway also has a movie theater, a planetarium, a food mall, and many shops. This is an up-and-coming mall so there will be a few empty shops an one section.
