Uzbek cuisine, lots of beef and lam dishes with vegetables for about 8-10 Euro. Find it 5 mins walk from the "Nám. bratří Synků" tram stop (continue upwards in the tram direction, the restaurant is on the left side just behind the crossing Nuselska/Táborská. (Exactly Nuselská 15). ***Checked on May 2024, had Kofte - corned beef - with mash potato, rice and vegetables with some fresh herbs for 220 CZK. Gorgeous.

Good quality traditional Czech cuisine for a reasonable price beneath Vyšehrad on the way to the riverbank. Recomending for the food, if you survive the oldscool interior and the unfortunate commercial radio playing there.

Historical parc on a rock in walking distance. You get far views to the river and to the Prague Castle from there. Descend the stairs on the opposite side of the complex to continue directly to the riverbank.

The Rašínovo nábřeží embankment is a lively venue on the banks of the river in downtown Prague with lots of pub-boats such as (A)void Floating Gallery (currently not present) or cafés just in the wall of the embankment such as LAb or (A)void (same name as one of the boats). It only takes 3 stops with the tram # 7 to get there (get off the tram at the Výtoň stop).

Good czech cuisine all family lunch, 15 min walk away, or tram nr 18 to the Nuselská radnice stop.Take the next door "Sousedský pivovar" entry for house brewed beer, a talking parrot (resp. a hill myna bird) and no tv environment. Prefer the daily menu options during lunch time for better prices. They always have a duck (9 euro) or a big schnitzel on the menu. Beers: Pilsner in the U Bansethu or house brewed lagers as Kroužkův ležák and specials in the Sousedsky pivovar Bašta (next door to the U Bansethu pub).
