We will meet you at the harbor in Riomaggiore, and then embark on our magical sunset tour. During the tour, we will slowly cruise up the Cinque Terre coast, stopping in front of each village to give you the opportunity to take photos of the villages from the sea, which is hands down, the best way to capture each village's beauty. Once we reach Monterosso, we will turn around and slowly head back to Riomaggiore. With the sun setting behind us, you will have the perfect view to capture magnificent photos. During the tour, you can sip on bubbles and enjoy homemade focaccia from the local baker, made fresh daily and a must-try food while in the Cinque Terre. You can also jump in the sea for a sunset dip during the tour. Take a deep breath, and enjoy the paradise that surrounds you. Our aim is to make your night, and maybe even your holiday in the Cinque Terre, a lifelong memory and show you 'La dolce vita.' Dopo un breve scambio conoscitivo e un piccolo aperitivo di benvenuto, cucineremo insieme un menù tipico genovese (un antipasto, un primo piatto di pasta, un secondo e un dolce) e vi racconterò un po' di storia e di curiosità sulla cucina ligure e sulle sue tradizioni Mangeremo poi quanto cucinato con la mia famiglia (e' compresa acqua illimitata e una bottiglia di vino ogni due ospiti!) Condivido molto volentieri ciò che ho imparato da mia mamma, mia suocera e dai corsi di cucina che ho frequentato: non sono uno chef professionista!!!

My guests will enjoy one of the best views of the hillside in Cinque Terre, enjoy local specialties and listen to my Bach played live on the piano. The focus of this year, 2024, will be J. S. Bach's Goldberg Variations and Six Partitas. I will welcome my guests into my property, inside the Cinque Terre National Park, where they will visit a young vineyard, learn about the building techniques of the old dry stone walls that are peculiar to this area and hear some historical background of what makes our area so unique. Afterwards, they will enjoy a full lunch or dinner, a selection of wines and my homemade lemon liqueurs while enjoying classical piano music played live. I provide transportation for a maximum of 10 guests per session, from Riomaggiore and back, at my expense. The whole event will take place outdoors, on my terrace above the vines. If the weather does not allow for an enjoyable outdoor setting the event will be cancelled and our guests entirely reimbursed. Bring along your camera, drinking water and an umbrella/blanket according to the weather.

Let's have fun cooking together! Come and learn how to prepare some typical dishes of the Genoese tradition. I will accompany you by telling you the story of the dishes we will cook. After immersing ourselves in the preparation of the dishes, we will have lunch on the terrace overlooking the sea, sipping Italian red wine. At the end of the experience, you will receive your recipe booklet and if you wish, some of the food we have prepared. During the class you will learn how to prepare authentic Ligurian food. We will prepare three different doughs, the filling and I’ll share some tips with you. At the end we will eat together what we prepared: Focaccia,, Torta Cappuccina (a vegetable pie), Pansoti (Ligurian ravioli filled with a cheese similar to ricotta and borage) and of course Salsa di Noci (walnut sauce). If you want we can even decide to prepare alternative dishes in advance (at least one week before the lesson). For intolerances and allergies, we inform you that the following products/ingredients will be used: Milk and milk-based products Nuts Egg Flour Garlic Sweet beets Borage Extra virgin olive oil Bread

We will meet up in Manarola, and after a quick walk through the village, which will be nice and quiet in the morning, we will start our adventure by taking a deep breath and hiking up to Volastra, a wonderful hamlet as far off the beaten path as you can get in this area. The hike is straight uphill and it will make you sweat, we promise! There will be plenty of visual rewards along the path, though, because you will get the most spectacular views of Manarola and the sea, almost like you were a drone (only without flying off the rocks!). Then, after approximately 1 hour, we will reach our destination. And there, only there, will you feel like you have earned your well deserved wine tasting. We will drink the wine of one of the greatest local winemakers right on his vineyard while looking at the Mediterranean directly below, almost touching the sky and rejoicing in the power of nature. After the wine tasting, our experience is finished. From Volastra, you can choose to continue on the trail to Corniglia, the next Cinque Terre town, go back down the trail to Manarola, or take the eco-bus down to Manarola at a cost of 2.50 per person. Rain can be serious in the Cinque Terre, so if it is raining too heavily, or if the National Park issues a weather alert, we won't be able to do the hike. In that case, we will take the bus up to Volastra at an additional cost of 2.50 per person.

Immerse yourself in the Tuscan countryside with 3 different experiences! We will meet in Florence, an authorized driver will take you to our farm in just 35 minutes. What will we do? 1 - Walk among country fields, ancient olive trees and vineyards, enjoy the landscape, the plants, the explanation of our history, an occasion to take photos in the suggestive setting.
Maybe you will meet our funny domesticated pig! In September taste the grapes! 2 - Visit the cellar and taste 5 organic Tuscan wines: white & red, aged directly from the barrel, and "vin santo" a traditional sweet wine. Then you can taste olive oil, we will delight you with a short film about our mission. You have the opportunity to buy wines at cellar prices, or order them to ship. 3 The last part is dedicated to making fresh pasta, with Raffaella or Laura, they teach the secrets to make pasta like Spaghetti or Ravioli! The pasta will be mixed and cooked together with that of the others, it will not be possible to do individual cooking. Of course, we will eat them together at a long table as in an Italian family. During lunch will be served our wine. One of our co-hosts will make sure that you can be the protagonist! We will be about 16 participants. Transport by van, with driver, from Florence is included. Scopri il vino che produce la mia famiglia: l'Eroico, coltivato da generazioni in una delle più belle vigne delle Cinque Terre. Faremo un breve trekking su un sentiero poco battuto ma molto panoramico. Buona parte del percorso è in salita, ma durante la camminata ci fermeremo in diversi punti per riprendere fiato, goderci il panorama e scoprire la storia di Vernazza e delle Cinque Terre. Finita la camminata, arriveremo nella vigna dell'Eroico e lì degusteremo tre diverse etichette, assaporando una storia antichissima. L'intera esperienza si svolge a Vernazza, luogo unico e patrimonio UNESCO. Potrai godere anche di una vista unica, essendo la nostra vigna isolata da ogni altro sentiero o abitazione. I’d love to wander through the town with you, capturing you as you take in the stunning sights. My style when photographing is to document, rather than control. I’d love to create a set of natural, timeless photographs that you will treasure forever and that will transport you back to your time in Italy. This photographic experience includes professional portraits in Manarola or Riomaggiore. The photoshoot will take around one hour and is suitable for individuals, couples, families, and friends. Your photographs will be captured on state of the art, full-frame, professional equipment. The best photographs are often the ‘in between’ moments and for this reason, I won’t narrow your photographs down to a tiny selection. From a one-hour session, you can expect to receive roughly 100+ edited images. The shoot will be planned with your preferences in mind to include the best locations for the time of day and year. As we wander, I'm happy to answer any questions you may have about local traditions, interesting facts, activity ideas and restaurants. Con los dos capitanes Steeven y Christian dejaremos el puerto deportivo de Riomaggiore para ir al siguiente pueblo Manarola y continuar (quedándonos en cada pueblo desde el mar, para tomar muchas fotos hermosas, todo esto siempre cerca de la costa), continuaremos hacia Corniglia, el único pueblo que está a 100 metros sobre el nivel del mar, haremos una parada para nadar con el pescado y snorkel, a bordo te ofreceremos prosecco, coca-cola o agua y aperitivos como el focaccia ligero, llegaremos a Vernazza uno de los pueblos más populares por los turistas, y finalmente iremos hacia Monterosso, el pueblo más grande, y admiraremos Monterosso desde el mar, siempre volveremos a la costa para admirar el sol que se pone y volveremos tranquilamente.

Depending on the time of year, you may even see our creation process in action! Gita in barca con aperitivo al tramonto tra musica, amici e una vista unica. Orario abbastanza flessibile, tendenzialmente partenza verso le 6,30 per esplorare la riviera di Portofino con l'ultimo sole, bagni senza limiti nelle calette più nascoste e rinomate tra Santa Margherita, Portofino, San Fruttuoso e Camogli; per finire con un aperitivo mozzafiato al tramonto nel posto che vi è piaciuto di più. La serata si conclude con un rientro verso ill punto di partenza verso le 9 mentre il sole cala e ci regala dei colori unici. Le barche sono 3: - 'Salpa Solei 18' un Gommone di 6 metri del 2023 dotato di ogni confort quali doccetta, frigo, stereo Bluetooth e doppio prendisole. - 'Patrone 23' un tipico gozzo Ligure di 7 metri completamente restaurato nel 2021 che quindi dispone di ogni comfort: Tendalino parasole, impianto audio bluetooth, doccetta di acqua dolce, grande prendisole e doppio frigo. La barca può ospitare comodamente fino a 6 ospiti più lo skipper che vi permetterà di vivere l'esperienza al meglio. - Il nuovo 'Levanzo 25', 8 metri di barca con ben due motori da 200cv l'uno. In questa lezione di cucina imparerai a cucinare uno dei piatti più tipici della tradizione ligure partendo da zero: naturalmente sto parlando della pasta al pesto! Impasteremo pasta fresca di diverso tipo: corzetti,trenette,gnocchi,testaroli o trofie, utilizzando utensili tradizionali ed impareremo le tecniche per modellarla. Dopodiché prepareremo il famoso pesto con gli ingredienti autentici, ovviamente con l'uso di mortaio e pestello! Ti accoglieremo con un aperitivo/spuntino di benvenuto nella nostra meravigliosa location, un giardino fiorito a due passi dalla stazione di Genova Piazza Principe e una volta preparato il nostro piatto pranzeremo insieme.

Con los dos capitanes Steeven y Christian dejaremos el puerto deportivo de Riomaggiore para ir al siguiente pueblo Manarola y continuar (quedándonos en cada pueblo desde el mar, para tomar muchas fotos hermosas, todo esto siempre cerca de la costa), continuaremos hacia Corniglia, el único pueblo que está a 100 metros sobre el nivel del mar, haremos una parada para nadar con el pescado y snorkel, a bordo te ofreceremos prosecco, coca-cola o agua y aperitivos como el focaccia ligero, llegaremos a Vernazza uno de los pueblos más populares por los turistas, y finalmente iremos hacia Monterosso, el pueblo más grande, y admiraremos Monterosso desde el mar, siempre volveremos a la costa para admirar el sol que se pone y volveremos tranquilamente.

Our daytime tour starts from Riomaggiore, which is the southernmost village in the Cinque Terre. We slowly make our way up the coast to Monterosso. We will stop in front of every village to snap photos from the boat. Don't forget to bring your swimsuit and towel because we'll be stopping for a swim during the tour (for those who choose to). After we have arrived in Monterosso, we'll head offshore so you can see the entire Cinque Terre coast and this beautiful perspective as we head back to Riomaggiore. With a maximum of 11 guests, our tours are intimate. Please note we do not offer food or drink on our day tours, but feel free to bring your own! Your captains are either Yuri or Beppe, both born and raised captains in the Cinque Terre. Get ready to have a great time and good laugh.

Benvenuto a casa mia! Dopo un breve scambio conoscitivo e un piccolo aperitivo di benvenuto, cucineremo insieme un menù tipico genovese (un antipasto, un primo piatto di pasta, un secondo e un dolce) e vi racconterò un po' di storia e di curiosità sulla cucina ligure e sulle sue tradizioni Mangeremo poi quanto cucinato con la mia famiglia (e' compresa acqua illimitata e una bottiglia di vino ogni due ospiti!) Condivido molto volentieri ciò che ho imparato da mia mamma, mia suocera e dai corsi di cucina che ho frequentato: non sono uno chef professionista!!!

Feel the air, the freedom and the emotion to visit Genoa with a scooter. We can easily visit the main points of the city together with further areas not usually seen by tourist but just as beautiful. We'll have a complete experience with moments of liberty, entertain and personal grew. We'll start our tour visiting the very special & important square of Piazza de Ferrari, then we'll go up to the hills to enjoy different point of views, we'll stop in a hidden square which guard a real antique pharmacy, that produce infused since the Renaissance. Afterwards we'll go down to discover what we saw from the top: we'll see the yachts docked at the Old Port, the old doors of the city (1100 ac) and Via Aurea, the most elegant and majestic street Then we'll go to more distances places like Piazza della Vittoria and 1900 architecture, Corso Italia (sea promenade) Boccadasse (ex fishery village, today fascinating neighborhood of the city) Monument (from where Garibaldi sailed to unified Italy) Nervi (sea promenade with amazing views of Portofino cape) and Bogliasco (fishery town outside Genoa). We'll visit everything with calm and at low speed, in order to enjoy the panorama, talk about culture/history and feel secure/comfortable. You'll have a personalized tour, just you.
