Come stay in the BEACH ESCAPE! Walk 1,000 feet to Seabrook Beach in New Hampshire. After a day at the beach, come back to relax on the balcony overlooking the marsh, watch the sunsets and fireworks. The condo sleeps up to 3-4 people with a full sized bed and full sleeper sofa, TV, WiFi, kitchenette, central AC, and 2 chairs. Walk to amazing restaurants steps away. If you’re looking for more space and amenities than staying in a hotel room, but still want the cleanliness and professionalism you’d expect from one, then you may enjoy staying here. Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.

Rye Studio with 4 min walk to Wallis Sands Beach .

We offer a one bath cozy studio-efficiency apartment equipped with a kitchenette. It is only a 4-5 minute walk or a quicker bike ride to beautiful Wallis Sands State Beach. After you enjoy a day at the beach, come back and relax with a cold drink on your circular patio and gaze out over a sea of ferns in the state forest at the rear of our property. You can cook out on your grill or take a short drive to downtown Portsmouth.

The condo is 308 square ft and includes 1 queen and 1 full size futon in the sitting area.
