The cottage benefits from a private south facing garden and patio. It is ideally situated to explore the many National Trust properties close by.

This luxurious two bedroom cottage is right beside the sandy beach. There is a spacious open-plan lounge (inc wood-burner) and dining area. The two double bedrooms have built-in wardrobes on the ground floor and stairs to a mezzanine suitable for children with a tv and bean bags. Pebbles has a lounge overlooking the garden, double bedroom, wet room and a fully fitted kitchen. The garden is secluded and peaceful . The beautiful town of Rye is 5 miles away.

The room upstairs has two singles which can also be a double, ideal for children and young adults. The door to this room is an old French slatted shutter. There is a shower room with a loo on the ground floor. The kitchen, dining and living area is on the ground floor with a TV and warming gas fire. There is a double sofa bed in the living area.

The 5th bed is a futon style single sofa. The house is walking distance from the railway station and just minutes away from Rye's most loved pubs and restaurants.

We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
