Uldale is a farming community with excellent tearoom, open daily, and a community kids playground and tennis court. Ireby 2 miles away has a dining pub ,Caldbeck has good shops, pub and cafes ,a brewery and Distillery close by too.

The nearest Wainwright (Binsey) is walkable from the front door. The house is 4/5 bedrooms, has a large family dining table, 3 lounges, each with stoves (one convertible to a bedroom).
