Beach House #1

A quaint cottage near the beach, Beach House #1 gives you the best of both forest and beach-living. It is located just a short walk from the beach, perfect for spotting marine wildlife or catching a kayak tour. Picture windows in the sunroom capture the midnight summer sun and the dramatic forest views. The cottage features a master bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a private carpeted loft with a queen-sized mattress. A double futon in the living room brings the total sleeping areas to 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and utensils, and the house also features a full bath. Guests can enjoy use of the picnic area, with a barbecue grill and fire pit. A crib and baby gate are also available if required.

Inside the fresh 2/2 unit you'll find everything your group needs for a relaxing stay. Designed with travelers in mind this unit has 2 king beds, 2 baths (1 en suite) and a convertible couch. A second story deck space overlooking the wildlife filled vista is the perfect place to enjoy your coffee. High ceilings, double stack view windows and attention to detail throughout!

This private cabin has views to leave you awestruck! Small deck and huge windows bring the view inside! Alaskan charm at it's best! Very clean and accommodating! Many of our guests tell us this has been their favorite on their vacation! Full kitchen & bath, flat screen satellite TV, wi-fi; cozy but complete! Lots of local knowledge to help you in any way with ideas, restaurants, activities and directions and sometimes, adorable husky puppies to play with! Bike rentals available on property!

Welcome to Exit Glacier Cabins! Our brand new cabin features large windows & cozy spaces to enjoy the breathtaking mountain views and braided river. Close to the Seward Harbor and on the road to Exit Glacier, we are nearby all of the action while still amidst wildlife and incredibly scenery. Our plush beds, comfy sofa, fully stocked kitchen, & custom shower make the indoors super comfortable; while our lounge chairs, picnic table, grill & fire pit will help you take in Alaska's beauty.

MountainTop Cabin

Our property is new construction that we completed in the fall of 2014. Our family lived in this cabin for just more than a year as we completed construction of our forever home. We are close enough to offer you any assistance you may need but far enough away to give you all the space and privacy you will want. It's a rustic cabin finished with all the modern amenities. The decor suggests a modern feel but the log walls and large windows suggest rustic Alaska.

Cottage by the bay

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Our home is right in the middle of the town of Seward. It is two blocks from the ocean and three blocks from the famous Mount Marathon Trail. It is also a few blocks from downtown and the small boat harbor. Built in 1941, this home has some old house personality like a real wood floor that creaks in places. We do not allow smoking or pets. We also do not have a TV. Please enjoy your stay

A Cottage on the Bay

A cottage on the bay is a beach front house with 3 bedrooms, each looking out over Resurrection Bay. A well supplied kitchen and living room allow you to relax while watching the ocean and mountains. The large front deck expands into a sitting area with fire pit, looking over the beach. Stoke the cedar sauna and enjoy walks to the north and south while it warms up! The whales, sea lions, seals, otters and birds make this place truly unique.

Oceanfront Inn Duplex (Downstairs Suite)

A single private unit located downstairs in a two-story duplex. The suite includes two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a living/dining area with couch and table, and a full kitchen stocked with dishes and basic cookware. The bathroom includes a stand up shower, no bathtub. Each suite also features a private balcony with the best view in Seward! Access to a shared hot tub, (extra fee), is included with rental of this unit.

Nestled in central Seward, with panoramic mountain views overlooking Resurrection Bay, this newly renovated apartment is the ideal vacation hub. Situated only a couple blocks from the waterfront beach, as well as the main street restaurants and coffee shops, exploring this iconic town is made easy! Adventure is at your doorstep with seaside bike paths, Mt. Marathon hiking trail, the boat harbor, and Seward’s famous SeaLife Center.

Eagle Landing - Riverview Cabin

This incredible log home features a luxurious master bedroom with a king bed and a private bath in the loft. The downstairs area includes three queen beds and a convenient half bath with a washer and dryer. The main floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a cozy living room. The six bar stools around the kitchen bar and the six-person dining table provide ample space for entertaining up to twelve guests.

Clear Creek Cabin

Welcome to Clear Creek Cabin located just 5 minutes from Seward. The cabin is 800 sq ft, 2 bedrooms (1 king/1 queen pillow top beds) the couch pulls out to a bed or I have a double sized memory foam bed available for a 5th person. There’s a bathroom w/ shower and Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, living room area with Smart 65 inch tv, and wifi. Covered deck off the front with a bbq and a fire pit.

Kenai Cove Log Cabin

Kenai Cove Log Cabin is a tranquil lakeside hideaway. This custom log home boasts cathedral ceilings, stunning lake views, a large covered deck with a grill, trout fishing and a beach full of perfect skipping rocks. The cabin sleeps a total of 7 guests. It's a perfect location for families or couples to enjoy nature as well as each other.
