This quiet, updated farmhouse is located one mile from 275 and I 75 in Palmetto. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a king bed , the second with a full size bed, and the third with two twin beds. Bathroom #1 has a shower and Bath #2 has a bathtub but does not have a shower head. A portion of the yard is fenced in for pets and provides an open space. The house utilizes a treated well and provides water cooler for drinking. There is a covered carport for vehicle and patio area with table.

You’ll have the Entire 500sq ft Cottage & private entry, deck/dock, all to yourself. Located on a 37-acre private ski lake. Sunset Bar and Grill adjacent to beach and Hooks by pool , all within walking distance. Disney an hour and a half away and Tampa International Airport only 45 mins.

Lakeview suite - 35 min to Airport, 16 mn to beach

Come enjoy our water view suite!! We're centrally located 35 minutes to the airport/Tampa city limits, 16 minutes to apollo beach, 45 to 50 minutes to Sarasota or St. Peterburg (all these are est. without traffic). We are family orientated because we have a family ourselves - toys, and kids' strollers are available. High speed Wifi and a table to do your work with a view of our lake are available.
