We are located on a quiet street, and just a couple of kilometers away from the highway, Tim Hortons, and a gas station. Downtown is only minutes away, and the shopping mall is only a 5 minute drive. We are also close to many hiking trails and skiing trails for the outdoor lover. This newly built apartment is open concept, has granite counters, 1.5 bath, and laundry. Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

Our family is lucky to live on a little farm right here in Fredericton, and over the past few years we’ve been turning an old barn into a cozy, cabin-like studio for our guests.
