Spaziergänge im Schnee und die wohlige Wärme im Häuschen sorgen für Entspannung & Gemütlichkeit. Im Sommer lädt der Badesee mit Strand zum Schwimmen & Wassersport ein. Es gibt keinen direkten Seeblick (Bäume davor), doch der wundervolle Viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' ist in zwei Minuten erreichbar (100m), wo man nachts die Sterne ungestört beobachten kann.

Das gemütliche, ruhig gelegene 75m² messende 4-Betten-Nichtraucher-Holzhaus auf einem 900 m² Grundstück, davon 850 m² komplett eingezäunt, mit 12 m² Südbalkon und 20 m² nicht einsehbarer Terrasse verfügt über Telefon und Internet (mit Netbook und WLAN), ein 112 cm LCD-TV sowie Kinderstuhl und Kinderbett. Föhn, Mixer, Gewürze, Bügeleisen und -brett. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspülmaschine sind vorhanden. Spül-, Putz- und Waschmittel, Toiletten- und Küchenpapier sowie Müllbeutel werden gestellt.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem modernisierten Fachwerk-Bauernhaus ist aus dem Jahre 1890 und liegt in der malerischen Nordeifel. Die Rurtalsperre, der Vennbahn-Radweg und das Naturreservat Nationalpark Eifel sind nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. Durch die Lage im Dreiländereck sind sowohl die Niederlande als auch Belgien schnell zu erreichen. Die Stadt Aachen mit ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten ist ca. 30 min (Auto) entfernt. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 min (Auto) problemlos zu erreichen.

The cozy living area with fireplace and large dining table invites you to enjoy your evening after an eventful day.

Hervorzuheben sind eine vollausgestattete Küche, TV, Schlafcouch, große Panoramafenster, ein gemütliches Boxspring-Bett, die eigene Terrasse mit Außenbestuhlung sowie ausreichend Kundenparkplätze. Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Entspannen und Entdecken im Herzen des Nationalpark Eifel. Wandern auf dem Eifelsteig oder am Rursee, Vogelsang, Rurseeschifffahrt, E-Bike ausleihen, Museen und historische Städte wie Monschau besichtigen. Nach einem kurzen Spaziergang um ein paar Brötchen beim Kiosk am See zu holen, folgt für uns immer bei einem frischen Kaffee die Überlegungen zur nächsten Tour. Abends bieten gute Restaurants in Spaziernähe einen tollen Abschluss.
