The penthouse is part of a residential complex in Runhof. 20min walk to Längenfeld or 12min with the bus to Sölden. The bus stop is just 150 meters away. The layout is spacious, with wooden floors, all the way around a balcony and a great south facing terrace. Fantastic views on all sides all year round! The interior is very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with spacious 2 pers. beds, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. There is a a babybed and a washing machine.

Whether as a couple or in groups of up to 6 people, you live gemiatlach, the locals' word for cosily, in one of the four stylish suites. We are located in Längenfeld directly opposite the Ötztal bakery and close to Tyrol's AQUA DOME spa. On the lower floors there's an Intersport Glanzer that stocks everything sporty types desire. The sunnige (Ötztal dialect for sunny) suite is 84 m² and has a roof terrace with a free-standing outdoor bathtub and a south-facing balcony.

Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich nur 1 Gehminute entfernt. Haustiere sind NUR AUF ANFRAGE gestattet und herzlich Willkommen!

Von Jänner bis Februar werden unsere Appartements nur von Samstag bis Samstag vermietet. Sie können die Bilder der Appartements auf meiner Homepage ansehen. Frühstück können Sie vor Ort mit buchen. €20 pro Person pro Tag. Das Waschen und Trocknen der Wäsche kostet pro Waschgang €10 und ist nicht kostenfrei.
