Dating back to 1850, St Petroc's are set in a peaceful rural location, 10 min drive from Padstow within an area commonly known as "Seven bays for Seven days" so lovely beaches to visit all within a 10 min drive. We offer a fabulous cosy barn for two people (In past times it was the Cart Barn) which has its own private entrance, En-suite bathroom, Compact Rustic kitchen and Large Chic studio encompassing, Bedroom, Lounge and dinning area. The barn leads to a shared courtyard and seating area.

Peaceful, large, beautifully furnished cottage

Spacious, modern and beautifully-appointed Cornish country cottage in an idyllic rural location near the north Cornish coast. Located just 2.5 miles (an 8 minute drive) from the beaches of Padstow, this beautiful family home from home is ideally situated just inland in a sought-after rural setting. Within easy reach of its closest beaches, Porthcothan and Mawgan Porth in one direction and Watergate Bay and Newquay, in the other. The property a large garden and off-road parking for 3 cars.

Rural Retreat outside Mawgan Porth

Little Forge is a one bedroom stone annexe attached to our home. It's in a peaceful rural location. There is a courtyard garden, gated parking (shared with us), king size bed, roll top bath, shower and fully equipped kitchen. It’s a 10 min drive to gorgeous Mawgan Porth beach, pub and shops, 15 min drive to Padstow. Please note you will need a car: shops, beaches, etc are not within walking distance. The property is not step free externally or internally. We are happy to accept one dog.

The Donkey House

The Donkey House is a snug, self-contained one bedroom cottage in a secluded valley 3 miles from Padstow. It overlooks a field of Hebridean sheep and a stream. The bedroom and bathroom look into tree tops while the lower floor leads onto a private terrace. The dramatic North Cornish coast with the famous Seven Bays is five minutes away. The Coast Path offers fabulous walks. There is private parking outside the cottage with an electric charging point. Please note we have a no pets policy

Millingworth Mill is a very special property steeped in history with huge amounts of character and interest. It sits in its own substantial gardens, tucked behind the Church in the tiny, pretty hamlet of St Ervan, just inland slightly from many local beaches and the popular harbour town of Padstow.

Coastal, Countryside annex

Enjoy a relaxing break in a small Cornish hamlet, with lovely countryside views with wildlife going about their day. Also enjoy an amazing stary sky by night while enjoying your favourite beverage. Cedar Lodge has just been completed and is brand new ready for 2023. It is a stunning 1 bedroom annex situated in the lower half of our garden. Although it is in close proximity to our family home there is a dividing fence and all access to the annex is separate with shared parking.

The Blue Bee - a cosy Cornish cottage for two

A beautiful boutique bolthole made for two on the North Cornish coast. The Blue Bee is a cosy Grade II listed cottage with all the charm of a traditionally built Cornish home, freshly renovated and lovingly restored. Located a stone’s throw from the centre of St Columb Major, a small medieval town, the cottage has easy access to both the north and south coasts, making exploring Cornwall very easy. Watergate Bay, Mawgan Porth and Bedruthan Steps are all just a short drive away.
