Fabulous cosy barn conversion located in a quaint village but a stones throw from many of the lovely beaches located on the east Yorkshire coast. Fantastic wood burning hot tub in the rustic outside den for your private use. You will have the whole barn to yourself including balcony which includes a charcoal BBQ, you can sit and chill while watching the sun go down. Also private side garden. Inside there is a roaring log burner to snuggle up to. Pets are welcome but are limited to one please.

Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

The Pump House @ Pockthorpe

The Pump House is nestled within the Ancient village of Pockthorpe in the beautiful countryside of East Yorkshire. It is a renovated 200 year old farm building which has been lovingly restored to retain its original features including a deep well with glass top (reinforced!) pulleys and metal work. Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat or a fun-filled getaway, The Pump House offers a haven for relaxation or as a base to explore the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds and amazing coastline.

West End Farm Lodge

Spacious 3 bedroom cottage available as a whole separate property. Off road parking, small enclosed garden. Ideal for families with main bedroom with super king bed, another room with 2 single beds sharing family bathroom, walk in shower. Downstairs is a double room with adjacent shower room. Situated in the village just off the road overlooking our family farm. Dogs are welcome - just let us know. Opportunity to visit the horses by arrangement including mares & foals in the summer.

Ideal for coastal & countryside, within driving distance for trips to Malton, Hull and York.

Relax in the large hot tub, take a Sunday walk to the local pubs or a 5 minute drive to the coast. Pet friendly for up to 3 dogs, 3 of the bedrooms are accessible (ground floor), enclosed private garden and “The Dog House”, a private games room / snug. Plus in April to October self-drive off-road around the farm in a Classic Land Rover!

Experience wonderful sunsets and dark skies at night and, during the day, fabulous views of the countryside with Bridlington Bay in the distance. Enjoy alfresco dining in the warmer weather with a gas BBQ and comfortable patio set. When staying in our hut you can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature whilst being only a short distance from the town and local beaches.

Stunning rural shepherds hut

Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 5 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.

St. Edmund’s Chapel - cosy, historic getaway!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! Located along the East Yorkshire coast, and a mile from the beach sits the recently renovated St. Edmunds Church. Dating back to 1873, this historic yet cosy Church has 2 spacious bedrooms, open-plan kitchen / living room and spacious shower room. Whether you want to sit back and chill, put on your hiking boots or take a cold dip - we have all you could need!
