We are located near L3Harris, TAMU Commerce, with convenient access to plenty of restaurants, outdoor activities, parks, trails, museums, and shopping. We are happy to offer our 2nd story, 600 sqf barn studio with full bath and kitchenette tucked away on a 3 acre horse property with a large deck overlooking a pond. A true Country experience, yet just 2 mins from George Bush turnpike, 1.5 mile to DART Rail, 17 mins drive to downtown Dallas, Plano, Allen, 5 mins to Lake Ray Hubbard, Rockwall. You must be OK with horses (on 3 sides of the barn) and free roaming chickens.

Country Coziness

You won’t forget your time in this memorable place. New RV featuring a bunkhouse with a lower full size bed with 2 upper bunks. Master has a queen size bed. Kitchen includes a large refrigerator/freezer. The kitchen also includes a single-cup keurig, a toaster, and dishes. The bathroom is spacious with plenty of storage and comes with washcloths/bath towels and hand towels. Outside includes an outdoor shower, griddle, and mini fridge. We are dog friendly. Unfortunately we can not host cats.

The Bunkhouse- 1 bedroom guest suite

Welcome to our bunkhouse! We enjoy offering a clean comfortable space to our guests. Easy access to the highway, free parking, and wifi. We are located on 7 acres and enjoy raising our backyard chickens. Enjoy the outdoors on our walking trail to a small pond. There is one queen size bed and a bunkbed. The bunk has a twin size bed and a large toddler size bed on the bottom. This is our private guest suite with its own entrance and space but is part of a house so there are shared walls.

The Cabin In The City

Nuestra cabaña en la ciudad ofrece lo mejor de ambos mundos: un retiro tranquilo en la naturaleza, con fácil acceso a una variedad de servicios y actividades. There is nothing quite like a peaceful stay out on the farm. Especially when you are not responsible for feeding the animals or fixing the fences!! LOL! Come and enjoy a private, cozy, comfortable stay in this unique property! Surrounded by wonderful farm life and quiet neighbors, there are a few better places! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. All 4 bedrooms are large and spacious. Each has a Roku TV. Game room with pool table, 65 inch Roku TV, dart board, and seating. Nicely stocked kitchen and dining in kitchen, dining room, and on patio. The pool is available, but not heated. Spa is not heated. The pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesday. There is a pool net available to remove leaves and other debris. Trailers, boats, RVs can not be parked at the property.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

Separate, Private Guest House in

You will have your own private space in a detached Guest House behind the main home at the back of a fenced and gated property. This guest home has its own private entrance and secured parking behind a gated entrance. Even though you are located in the same area as our primary home, your space is very private and located on the lower level of the property and we will not bother you.
