The studio has a sunny welcoming deck with dining umbrella covered table, plenty of seating and lounging area. The cozy living room area has a midcentury modern leather couch and a coffee table with lift top for working. Climb the stair ladder to the loft bunkbed area with 2 queen beds.

Mountain Chalet - Panoramic Views 45 Min to Denver

Serenity at 8,000 feet with Pine and Aspen trees. Address is Littleton, but it's part of the Conifer mountain community. The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.
