We Love our little “Salty Girl!”. She is a 2 bedrooms 1 bath family friendly open concept single family home with parking for 2 cars. The spacious deck off the back of the house has a table and a sectional outdoor sofa for enjoying the breeze and the sun! 3-5 minute walk to the beach or a 1 minute walk over the The Basin for the most unbelievable sunsets. Downtown Newburyport is a 10 minute drive or a 20 minute bike ride. We are licensed and inspected by the city of Newburyport as a legal STR.

The house is located in private, wooded back yard of our home. When you get in to this apt/loft you will be amazed by the comfort and cozy set up. This unit is located downtown Ipswich on the third floor with a beautiful view where you can enjoy sunsets and have a place to hang out. NOT RECOMMENDED for elderly people because of the stairs. there are three sets of stairs, also if you are traveling with young children or toddlers need to be aware of the height and the whereabouts.
