This 1200 sq ft cabin is on 20 acres of land in Ballston Lake, NY. Start your morning off with coffee on the porch listening to nature and seeing the horses in the pasture. We offer a grill (Propane is provided) and an outdoor fireplace to make s’mores (some firewood is provided) Your peaceful vacation is waiting for you and your family. If you have any special requests we will try to accommodate you. We have many memories here we please ask that you treat this home as if it was your own.

Approximately 10 minutes from Historic Saratoga Race Track. Take a break and unwind in this cozy retreat! Take on the morning with a cup of coffee before the races and afterward relax down by the creek to enjoy campfires and storytelling. Take advantage of this spacious kitchen to fix favorite meals, 2 cozy bedrooms that sleep 4 for a good night's rest, and a livingroom to lounge and watch your favorite shows. Our independent Guesthouse can welcome 4 people and is located close to the main house on our peaceful 7 acres Park. It is the perfect place to relax after an active day. Located 3 min away from the Saratoga lake rowing, 10 min away from the track, downtown and casino, 7 min away from Saratoga Horse Shows and Saratoga Polo School, and 15 min from SPAC Concerts. It is also close to many restaurants (The closest one is 3 min away), gas stations and golf courses for your convenience.

Gorgeous views! The sunrise is phenomenal! Three year young house close to many activities. 4 kayaks - just walk across Route 9 to the boat launch area. A bocce court, corn hole and a fire pit for outdoor activities, along with ping pong and 14’ indoor shuffleboard indoors. Walking distance to a bakery and two restaurants - a short drive to many more! Steps away from a gorgeous walking, biking, cross country skiing and snowshoe trail. Tennis Courts nearby too!

Have fun at this stylish setting. There is one bedroom, a large bathroom with tub, living room and kitchenette. Included is a futon which accommodates 2 smaller children or one adult. There is also a small private flagstone patio for nature lovers. It is located only 5 minutes from broadway, 8 minutes from SPAC and 10 minutes to Saratoga Racetrack. Lake George is a brief 30 minute drive. Unique to this location is a horse farm on the opposite side of the street.
