Duffus House Lodge - rural retreat

The Lodge is a traditional gate lodge located at the entrance to Duffus Estate, on the edge of the small village of Duffus. Set in from the Elgin/Duffus B road, it is surrounded by Estate woodland and open fields which are home a host of wildlife, such as our cheeky red squirrels or shy roe deer. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs and you can explore the network of paths across the Estate and beyond. Duffus is only 2 miles from the magnificent Moray coast with its unspoilt sandy beaches.

Close to the NC500 route, Inverness, and the North Highlands, and a stone’s skiff from the shore, Cabin by the Pier is a unique modern building inspired by a traditional salmon fishing bothy, with panoramic views across the Moray Firth. Staves Cottage - A newly renovated bespoke space for guests to enjoy all that Moray and the highlands have to offer. Set just minutes away from the beach you can enjoy peaceful walks or venture further afield to explore various attractions. Activities such as Distillery tours, fishing or clay pigeon shooting can be arranged (at additional costs). Self check in is available but hosts are on hand should you require assistance. Great things come in small packages, and our quirky cottage won’t disappoint! Renovated and furnished to a high standard, you will have everything you need for a relaxing and luxurious break. We might not boast a seaview, but you are a 2 minute walk from two beautiful sandy beaches which are part of the Moray Coast Trail. Fabulous for hiking, dog walking, bird watching, watersports and the Cairngorms are a short drive away for the more intrepid adventurers. Pet friendly. Welcome pack.

Beautiful Seaview Townhouse

Set in the lovely town of Lossiemouth, this wee house is terrific for a relaxed time out by the sea. With a great and spacious open plan living room/ kitchen and stunning sea views from the main bedroom, our home is the perfect place for some time out, surrounded by fresh sea air and in a very comfortable and relaxed house. Our cleaning rating was affected in 2024 by cleaners who did not care for the property. We found out the job was not getting done, we have resolved this issue 😊

Located close to Lossiemouth harbour, this flat boasts stunning views of East Beach. Dolphin spotting possible! Lounge and bedroom benefit from being at the front of the property so you will enjoy stunning sunrises and beach views from the elevated first floor position. The bedroom has a king bed and a single pull out bed that would suit a little one. GCH and a beautiful wood burner that will warm you quickly. Cosy self contained flat in quiet village on the beautiful moray coast surrounded by beautiful beaches and woodland. Ten minutes away from Elgin by car and on a hourly bus route to surrounding villages. Village has post office and well stocked Scot mid for groceries. Two pubs that offer good grub. Fully functional kitchen in flat with oven and microwave no hob slow cooker available. Good sized fridge and also washing machine.
